Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion
- Email privacy@techdemo.co.zw with the subject CareSignal data deletion request.
- State that you want information associated with your CareSignal test use deleted. Include the WhatsApp number used for the test in international format and an approximate test date. Do not include message content or clinical-style values.
- Complete a reasonable verification step if requested. We use verification only to avoid deleting information at the request of someone who does not control the relevant account.
- We will acknowledge the request and ordinarily complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. We will email you when the request is complete or explain any lawful reason for a limited delay or retention.
What deletion covers
Where it exists in the CareSignal demonstration environment, deletion may cover:
- the test phone-number mapping and WhatsApp message records;
- pending conversational submissions and extracted draft fields;
- confirmed synthetic readings associated with the mapped fictional profile;
- linked demonstration follow-up tasks and patient-directed messages; and
- other directly associated prototype records that can reasonably be identified.
Information that may remain
We may retain limited security, audit, backup, or request correspondence where reasonably necessary to protect the service, demonstrate that a request was handled, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable law. Information already held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, OpenAI, email providers, or other service providers is governed by their own deletion processes and policies.
Stop future WhatsApp processing
You may stop messaging the CareSignal test number at any time. You can also block the test number in WhatsApp. To remove the CareSignal-side mapping and associated prototype records, follow the email process above.
